Maika is the CEO of Webacy - building a safer web3 for everyone. Webacy develops infrastructure and smart contracts to better manage digital assets for the unexpected. Webacy is strictly non-custodial and no-access (no seed phrases, private keys, or passwords).
Maika is also a former professional acrobat and performer for the Cirque Du Soleil brand of shows. She attended Stanford University and specialized in Artificial Intelligence. Maika was most recently a Cybersecurity Engineer for Microsoft. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 lister.
Mark Shut

Mark Shut is a startup founder, educator, and content creator for all things NFTs. Mark is passionate about the opportunities that NFT technologies have to offer in further advancing the internet. Mark has been in the NFT and Web3 space for about 5 years. Mark’s startup, Web3Ready, focuses on onboarding, educating, and strategizing with individuals as well as brands about NFTs, Crypto, the Metaverse, and Web3. With over 4 years experience in this space, Mark focuses on educating and training brands through high-quality content that is easily digestible. In addition to being the founder of Web3Ready, Mark is the Director of Admin Affairs for Texas Blockchain Council, Founder and President of the Southern Methodist University Blockchain Club, and Investment Scout for Plutus21 Capital.
Sara McCarter
Head of Growth - Vennity
Sara is a powerhouse who made a huge pivot from being a successful independent makeup artist with commercial brands and short films to becoming an NFT enthusiast and the Head of Growth for Vennity. In her Seattle home town she is well known as a web3 thought leader and consultant with a superpower of connecting the community and advocating for a better world through the use of disruptive technologies. She has helped lead and organize several valuable events and conferences including NFT Seattle, Offchain Seattle, Founders Live: Web3 Edition, World Bitcoin Pizza Day, TF Labs monthly Speaker Events, and more.

In his professional experience in web3, Leon has significantly contributed to the global web3 discourse as a regular speaker at renowned events such as NFT.London, NFT.NYC, and MetaJam Summit Singapore. His efforts are devoted to advocating for the adoption and innovation of web3 technology.
Passionate about building web3 products, Leon has over 5 years of experience in web3, leading technology innovation and product management from 0-1. He has launched several web3 products involving decentralized social, NFT staking, on/off-chain loyalty systems and is an advisor for several NFT communities.
Simon Grunfeld
Head of Product - Ulys Holdings
18 years in Fintech; a former registered commodity trading advisor with the NFA, launched numerous trading and execution platforms in the US and overseas. Been in blockchain since 2014, and have launched exchanges, custody solutions, liquidity aggregators and compliance solutions in different global markets. NFTs have been a part of my vocabulary for the past 3+ years, with focus primarily on the utility of non-fungible tokens.
